Who we are

This policy explains how VN Consulting collects, uses and shares information when you use vndigitalconsulting.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, social media profile, date of birth, address, work address, payment information and company name.

How we use it

We use your information to collect customer feedback and for administration. If we want to use it for any other purpose, we will ask for your consent first, unless the law requires otherwise.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for 90 days to 2 years after you close your account, or as long as needed for the purposes above. We may keep some records longer where the law requires it or for legitimate reasons such as fraud prevention. Anonymous and aggregated data that can't identify you may be kept indefinitely.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access, correct or erase your data, receive a copy of it, restrict or object to processing, move it to another provider, withdraw consent, and complain to a regulator. If you withhold or withdraw consent for information we need, we may not be able to provide some services.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorised changes. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee the security of information you send us.
